Our adventure started at 3:15 pm on Sunday, February 16th at the Idaho Falls airport. We are leaving the cold and snow and headed to Mexico.
Our first stop was the Salt Lake City Airport. Ashley was our pick up person. We stopped at her place first, visited with Zip and then headed out again.
We met Hillary, Lily and June at the restaurant 'Alamexo' in downtown Salt Lake. What a great way to start out a vacation, seeing some of the grand kids.
June is trying to crawl and Lily was doing a picnic for us.
We got a text message from Delta airlines saying they have delayed out flight until 2:35 am Monday morning out of SLC. So we went back to Ashley's place and slept for awhile. It will make a really close connection in Atlanta, but hope we can make it.
