The Water Front

 Pier 62/63 is actually a park under the Seattle Parks and Recreation.  The few yellow chairs on the open pier are bolted down.  A great place to watch the Puget Sound.

Pier 59 was the only pier partially open because of the road construction.  There were a few fun things to see there.
