Day 9- Alamo

 Our rental car in San Antonio, Texas.  We have never driven a Haundi or a red car before.

 We visited the famous Alamo.

 A group of woman have kept this place up and have done the fund raising for all the restoration.  It is free to the public to visit.  It is an amazing place.

 The grounds were beautiful. Even though it was so cold (30 degrees) I was amazed at how beautiful the flowers were.

 I love the old oak trees they have in Texas.

 Cannon used during the Alamo attack by Santa Anna.  He really liked to slaughter the men but he did save the women and children and let them go after the capture.

A park ranger and want-to-be cowboys.  They must have just barely bought their boots and hat.
