Washington DC - Holocaust Memorial Museum

The Holocaust refers specifically to the genocide sponsored by the Nazi German state during WW II.  It was the highly organized and systematic persecution and extermination of six million European Jews and other groups deemed "racially inferior" by the nazi government.
