We drove in 4 states on our drive from Utah to California. We started in Utah, went through a corner of Arizona, across Nevada, into California, back to Nevada and then ended up in California. 558 miles, 10 hours with a stop for lunch and a couple of walking stops.
When you go across the corner of Arizona you cross through the Virginia River Gorge. The mountains are beautiful.
Lots of flat ground across Nevada.
Gilbert Pass. Some lone man was walking in the middle of no where.
Another Pass Westgard.
We stopped for lunch in Big Pine, California.
We went back into Nevada and ran into snow.
Antelope in Nevada.
The road up to Tahoe in the Sierra Mountains were very curvy.
We arrived in Tahoe at night time. The Nevada side had the casinos and the California side and regular businesses.
Our Condo was in California called the Tahoe Beach and Ski Club. It was so nice not to be riding in the pick-up.
