Le Castellet Village

 There are many villages around the countryside.  We drove to the top of a hill to see this village.  There are still 400 residents in the village.

 There is an east and a south gate to enter the village.

 There are beautiful flowers in the village.  I am surprised at this time of year.

 Lots of narrow streets but the cars still use them.

 In ancient time of the village all the water was gotten from this well just outside the village.

 The government building in the town square.

 The local church in the town square.

 There were so many interesting doors leading into the peoples houses.

 I do not know what this guy represents but I thought he looked really interesting.

Lots of wine barrels around and an actual phone booth.
