Million Dollar Quartet at the Capital Theatre in SLC

Bagpipe player out side the Capital Theatre before the show. He was very good.

Capital Theatre downtown SLC. It was such a beautiful night we walked from our motel to the theatre.

We saw the Million Dollar Quartet. It was a great show.

The Mortensen Owl at the Sugar City Cemetery

The Mortensen Owl (as a Flat Owl) got to visit the grave of Forland Mortensen, the person who started all this owl stuff. We were so glad to have him along.

Saturday May 26, 2012 Randy, Forrest his brother; and Ira his dad and I went to the Idaho Falls Cemetery to put flowers on Terese Landon's grave, (Randy's mom); Albert and Harriett Richards grave, and Arthur and Elva Landon's grave (Randy's grandparents).

Melanie, Henry and Oliver joined us there. Henry kept trying to move the flags and flowers around.

Caleb's birthday

Caleb's birthday is on May 15, 2012 but he opened his present from us while we were in SLC. He is the big 30 this year. Happy Birthday Caleb.

Mothers Day 2012

We are waiting to ride the train. Holden and Keagan loved to go on the train. It was like an adventure ride to them.

We then walked with Jaxon and Raquel's family over to Temple Square

We all met again at Olive Garden for a mothers day dinner. We had Melanie, Hillary, Raquel and I as mothers to celebrate.

Lily's Birthday Party

Lily turned 1 year old on May 2, 2012. She had her party later in Salt Lake at Sugar House Park. Her family on both sides were there. It was a fun evening.

Hillary organized our family to attend the RACE FOR THE CURE in Salt Lake City, Utah. We walked the 5 K route. There are thousands and thousands of people that participate. It is quite an event to attend.

Rexburg Civic Club Installation of Officers

Lee Leafgren (GFWC State of Idaho president) installed our officers for the Rexburg Civic Club.

We will be the officers for the next 2 years. We hope to have a great time and accomplish many service projects.
