2014 into 2015

Wow, hard to believe 2014 is over and we are going into 2015.  It has been a great years with lots of ups and down, but that is what keeps life interesting.  I am very thankful for family and the joy they bring into my life.  Thank heavens kids and grand kids.  What a joy.  I am very thankful for the gospel in my life and guidance and blessings it gives to me daily.  I am thankful for my Savior and his sacrifices for me.  Onto a new year.!!!!!!

Teton Lakes Nordic Track

Randy, Ashley and I tried out our new cross country skis. Lots of great racks out at the golf course but it was really cold.  -3 degrees in the afternoon while we were there.

Movie

We took the Barney Family and Ashley to the Penguins of Madegastar.  June ate lots of popcorn and Lily was way involved in the movie.

Ashley and I went out in the filed to try out our new Cross Country Skies.  What a beautiful day.

Christmas Day

 Everything is set up and we are just waiting for the grand kids to wake up.
 So much fun to be able to watch grand kids and have small one around for Christmas morning.

 We got a lot of new snow for Christmas eve and day, so it was perfect to try out the snowmobile.  The kids had a blast.

Christmas Eve

 It is fun to get a bunch around the table for dinner.  We had Jaxon, Raquel, Kinsley, Keagan, Holden and Landon; Hillary, Caleb, Lily and June Barney; Great Grandpa Landon (hiding behind Randy); Ashley; Randy and I.  We miss the Hays Family.
 We did puppets for the Nativity this Christmas Eve.

 The Landon Family met us up there and their 3 kids stayed on the Magic Carpet and were learning how to snowboard.  Holden was a natural, Keagan was catching on pretty good and Kinsley was trying her best.  What a fun time for them.

Randy, Caleb and I with June and Lily left a little earlier and Hillary and Ashley stayed for a few more runs.    What a fun time to start out Christmas.

Live Nativity

 We took the Landon Family with us to the Live Nativity.  (1) Holden loves to pull faces, (2)Randy and Jaxon, (3)Kinsley and (4)Raquel and Keagan.
The Live Nativity was held in Kent and Susan Sutton's barn.  Carolyn Bennett and Susan Sutton were the directors.  They did an excellent job, with lots of music, actors and live animals.

2 Grandpa's and 5 grandkids

We had a fun few days in Utah.  Just before we left Caleb and hillary's home we got a picture of the 2 grandpa's and 5 grandkids.  We missed having the Hays family with us.

The girls went and each had a pedicure.  I had 2 daughters, Hillary and Ashley; one daughter-in-law, Raquel; and one grand-daughter, Kinsley with me.  Lily decided not to go because it smelled funny and June played at home.  It was a fun activity with the girls.

Great Grandpa Landon

Great Grandpa Landon came with us to Park City for our short vacation.  Lily gave him the name of 'Other Grandpa'.  So we have grandpa (Randy) and Other grandpa (Ike).  

Santa Claus- Deer Valley Craft Show

We saw Santa Claus at the craft fair in Deer Valley.  June did not like him to well.
I love to collect Nativity Scenes.  This is the one I found at the Craft Fair.  It is home made and crafted individually by the vender.  He said notice the baby looks like President Barack Obama
