Day 6 Isla de Mujeres

This morning we went for a walk along the beach and also walked around the resort and saw the sights there. Notice dad by the shark!! (It is plastic but a good photo op.) By the resort is a big pond that they have posted a sign that says crocodiles. But we have not seen any, just the small lizzards.

We gave the concierge the address for the church and he had a taxi take us there. It was only about 4 blocks from our resort. It is a small branch. They just occupy the bottom floor of this building. There were 2 other couples visiting (the ones in the golf cart) and probably total attendance was 30 people. They are all so thankfull for the gospel but live in such humble conditions.

Since the church was so close to the resort (which we did not realize when we went there) we walked home and saw these things on the way.
