Iris

We have one iris that has bloomed.  The iris always remind me of the Teton Dam Flood.  Sunday June 5th will be the 40th anniversary of when the dame broke and flooded the area.  Our home then was in the flood zone and we had 4 feet of water go through our home.  But about a week later the one thing that was left was the iris in bloom.  They were so pretty I can still remember them.  Wow how time flies and leaves us with the good memories.
