GFWC is helping with a project along with with Delaware, Inc. They plan on sending 6,000 stuffed Christmas stockings to the soldiers in Afghanistan. Our club has
committed to sewing 500 stockings. We are looking for Christmas fabric if anyone has some they want to donate. 1 fat quarter plus the felt can make 1 stocking. They sew up really easy, I made 9 tonight. There is a web site that tells you more about it.
