New York Day 2

We are staying a the Wellington on 55th and 7th, just a few blocks from Time Square. We could not check into the room when we arrived so we went on the Gray Line Sight Seeing Tour. We had a good day even though it was raining most of the time. We just put on poncho's and still rode in the open top bus. We saw so many things. Time Square, Macey's, Empire State Building, Brooklyn, Manhattan, China Town, Little Italy, Greenwich Village, Statue of Liberty, Radio City, Rockerfellow Center, and many more sights.
At 3:00 we were able to go back to the room and check in. It had been a long time since 5 a.m. yesterday. We both took a long nap and then we were ready to go out again.
We took the night time tour and was able to see the city in lights. It was beautiful. Still rainy and foggy but it gave a neat look to the pictures. We are having a great time.

  2. Buss tours are good. We have found there give you a good over view of where you are at. After the flight you took a nap would be a very good idea.
